Private customers

  • You may return standard items within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded.

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Business customers

Legally there is no right of return, but we are flexible.

  • If you return items within 14 days and in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase amount minus €10 administration costs (excl. VAT).

  • The return shipment must be postage paid (you pay nothing for shipping).

General return conditions

  • Return period: 14 days after receipt for standard items.

  • Condition of items: Items must be unused and in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping costs: At the buyer’s expense and not refunded.

  • Custom-made products: Items with personalised printing (logos, engravings, imprints) cannot be returned.

  • Loss during return shipment: Returns that do not reach us will not be reimbursed.

  • Depreciation: Damaged items may lose value.

  • Partial shipments: Returns of partial shipments are not accepted and no refund will be issued.

You can return items to us in a few simple steps.

Tips for returning items

  • Keep the shipping receipt so you can track your shipment.

  • Contact us if you cannot log in to your account.

  • Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

  • Add a note with your order number and name.

  • Send us an e-mail with your details, order number and the items you wish to return.

Step-by-step return instructions

1. Check the return authorisation

  • Contact us if you have questions or remarks before sending the products.

2. Register your return

  • Log in to your account.

  • Enter your e-mail address and click ‘Continue’.

  • Open the confirmation e-mail and copy the six-digit code.

  • Enter the code in the online store.

  • Select the order and the items you wish to return.

  • Choose a reason for return and add a note.

  • Click ‘Submit request’.

3. Send the products

Pack the items securely and include your order details. Send everything to:

4. Refund

  • After receipt, we will ask for your IBAN.

  • We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days.

Private customers

  • Purchase amount including original shipping costs

  • Return costs not included

Business customers

  • For complete, postage-paid and perfect returns:
    purchase amount minus €10 administration costs

What should I do if the delivery is damaged?

  • Received a damaged parcel? Report this immediately to the delivery driver and to us. Take photos as evidence.

  • Incorrect or defective items? Contact us within 2 working days and send photos so we can find a solution together.

For custom-made products, the order confirmation is binding.
Check the design carefully before approval, as we cannot make changes afterwards.
