Dispatch readiness

For every product on our website, we indicate the dispatch readiness for parcel shipments within the Benelux.

Delivery times

Letter post shipping

If you choose letter post (the most economical shipping method), your item may take between 1 and 5 working days to arrive, depending on the destination country. Letter post is not trackable.

Delivery by letter post within the Netherlands

Products sent by letter post are delivered to your letterbox by PostNL. Once we have dispatched your item, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. As delivery takes place via your letterbox, no track & trace information is available.

Delivery by untracked letterbox parcel in Belgium and Luxembourg

Products shipped as an untracked letterbox parcel are delivered to your letterbox by the local postal service. In Belgium, for example, this is Bpost. Once we have handed your parcel over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. Because delivery takes place via the letterbox, no track-and-trace information is available.

After the handover to the carrier, delivery in Belgium and/or Luxembourg usually takes 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery by tracked letterbox parcel

Orders sent as tracked letterbox parcels within the Netherlands are delivered by a PostNL postal worker. Once we have handed your letterbox parcel over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and track & trace details by email.

After handover to the carrier, your parcel will be delivered the next working day. In some cases, PostNL may deliver your parcel later due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery by parcel service

Orders shipped via parcel service are delivered by DPD. Once we have handed your parcel over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and track & trace details by email.

After handover to the carrier, your parcel will be delivered the next working day within the Netherlands. If your parcel is shipped on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. Having your order delivered in Belgium or Luxembourg? Check the delivery times under Delivery Times Abroad.

Depending on factors such as the delivery address, order value, or parcel size, we may choose to have your parcel delivered by DHL, PostNL, GLS, FedEx, or a freight carrier.

For consumer orders, carriers offer one delivery attempt. If you are not at home, your parcel will be taken to the nearest pickup point. For business orders, there are two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be returned to Felga.

Delivery by freight truck (large orders)

Placed a large order? We outsource delivery to an external carrier, provided the delivery address is accessible for a truck with a trailer. Delivery takes place during office hours, and the delivery date will be communicated by email. We ask the carrier to call one hour before arrival using the phone number provided.

Partial deliveries

We may decide to send a partial delivery. This will be clearly stated on the packing slip. If you receive only part of your order, please check your packing slip. If you are unsure whether your order is being delivered in parts, please contact our customer service team.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping

I would like to place an order. What is the delivery time?

Ordering a stock item and paying before 12:00 on a working day (Monday to Friday)? We aim to hand your order over to our carrier the same working day.

Ordering a product with, for example, a custom design? Longer delivery times apply. The delivery time is always listed per product.

I won’t be at home. Can I have my order delivered elsewhere?

If you know in advance that you won’t be home—perhaps because you are at work—you can choose the DPD Service Delivery option during checkout. With this option, you can collect your order from a DPD Pickup Point.

My address details are incorrect. Can I still change them?

Entered the wrong address or want your order delivered elsewhere? Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can choose to collect your order at our location in Zwolle, the Netherlands. You can select this option during checkout. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Tip: Collecting your order is often faster than having it delivered.

Can I have my order delivered urgently?

Yes, urgent delivery is possible via DPD Guarantee or FedEx Express. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the available options.

My parcel is missing or has not been delivered. What should I do?

If your parcel is missing or has not been delivered, even though you received a delivery confirmation, please contact us the next working day. We will contact the carrier to find out where your parcel is.

Good to know:
Sometimes a shipment is marked as delivered the day before actual delivery. This can happen when the postal worker is delivering without a scanner. For this reason, we advise contacting us only the next working day.

My order contains items that are in stock and items with a longer lead time. Will the in-stock items be delivered sooner?

No, items with a shorter lead time will not be delivered earlier. Orders are shipped together, and the item with the longest lead time determines the final delivery time. If you would like to receive certain items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
